All estimates provided through our website or in person are based on the information provided and are not binding until confirmed in a signed service agreement. Prices may vary depending on actual site conditions or changes in scope.
3. Service Agreements
Once work begins, all services are provided according to the written agreement signed by the client and Lighthearted Landscaping. This agreement outlines the scope of work, estimated timeline, payment terms, and responsibilities of both parties.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in the service agreement. Late payments may be subject to additional fees. Work may be paused if payment is not received as agreed.
5. Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule a service, we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice. Certain deposits may be non-refundable depending on the materials purchased or work already performed.
6. Warranties & Liability
We stand behind the quality of our work. If an issue arises, we ask that you contact us promptly so we can address it. However, Lighthearted Landscaping is not responsible for:
Damage caused by weather, acts of God, or misuse after service is completed
Plant performance beyond standard care guidelines
Delays due to circumstances beyond our control
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including logos, text, images, and graphics—is the property of Lighthearted Landscaping and may not be used or reproduced without our permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lighthearted Landscaping will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use of our website or services.

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website with the effective date.
10. SMS/Mobile Messaging Program
By providing your phone number, you agree to receive recurring automated promotional and personalized marketing text messages (e.g., cart reminders, service updates) from Lighthearted Landscaping. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Description of Use: Messages may include appointment reminders, project updates, and promotional offers related to landscaping services.
Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
Help: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly at [email protected].
Interruption: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Cost: As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.
